Nominate students from other campus organizations such as NABA, ALPFA and Ascend.Waive any excess fees the chapter may be charging members.We encourage chapters who are nominating students for the scholarship to consider the following ways to keep student(s) engaged with the chapter: BAP EngagementĪdditionally, as part of the overall grant, BAP offers an opportunity for chapters to apply for funding (as available).Ĭhapters who are faced with member recruitment and chapter engagement challenges of underrepresented groups where the funding, if selected, will help promote the Beta Alpha Psi value proposition, collaboration with stakeholder organizations, the chapter’s activities, etc. Any form that is incomplete will not be considered for the award. The form cannot be saved and must be completed in its entirety. It is intended that the faculty advisor will complete the nomination form here on behalf of qualified students. Prize/Awardįor the 2023-2024 year, BAP is pleased to announce funding (as available) that will help reduce one of the potential barriers to membership (the one time $75 membership fee requirement) for students who meet the criteria below. In an effort to expand our representation in these communities, the AICPA Foundation has approved BAP for a grant to help us to broaden our membership inclusion of underrepresented minority students and also offer these students the opportunity to engage and network with other BAP students at our 2023 Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, NV.
